Our Technology Optimizations are much more than mere
auditing (checking
accuracy) of telephone
bills. Our optimization services review bills,
contracts, proposal, agreements, and other records to
identify ways to save time, save money, reduce expenses,
and/or generate revenue using existing or new
technology. An on-site verification is required to
confirm findings.
Subsequent recommendations and solutions are then fully
cost justified providing an in-budget
or self-funding
solution. Findings are itemized as contingent, initial
investment required and non-contingent which is hard
bottom line savings. Soft-savings such as man-hours,
efficiencies though realized, are not counted or
calculated in savings or fees.
